Oh yeah, this last photo is for my mom and Betsy. We had supper with Ray and Melissa and the kids one night. Ray mentioned that he liked Lemon Merangue Pie. I had never made one before and I like it as well. So thought I'd give it a shot. I was pretty darn proud of how well it turned out. Looks ALMOST as good as my moms! Hey, for a first timer, I thought I should gloat a bit! Oh yeah, it was delicious!

Looks lovely! I've never made merangue anything.
It was surprisingly easy. I think the key is to mix it long enough.
